Released in 1997 under extremely confusing circumstances. Apparently Total released it as a 7" on a Japanese label that was subsequently incorrectly credited to Skullflower in bad English. Some copies were then repackaged by Bower and cohort Godbert, with the labels altered in black marker and a new sleeve. The "new" label was called Rural Electrification Program. No clue as to the track listing, etc. (Thanks to Paul Wild of Fisheye Distribution for the scoop.) The tracks contained: "The Starlit Mire Parts I-IV."
